Human Rights Programme

The Secretariat is collaborating with the Commonwealth Secretariat and PRPI on the best way to deliver a Human Rights programme across the PICP. If implemented, the programme would see human rights language and concepts mainstreamed into all PICP training curricula. The intention of the programme is to raise the awareness of human rights amongst police and the importance of rights adherence to ethical and accountable policing.
